Welcome your child to Elmwood
A simple, personal process—because choosing a school is a big decision.
A Word of Welcome

“I am delighted that you are considering Elmwood Christian Academy for the education of your child. Deciding where your children will spend their formative years is an incredibly important decision, and I encourage you to seek the Lord in prayer as you consider Elmwood. We are seeking families who want to see their children grow in their relationship with Christ and develop the academic and social skills to be effective ambassadors for the Lord Jesus Christ.”

In Detail
The enrollment process
1. Submit your application
Start with our online Application for Enrollment, or print and fill out the form below and mail, deliver, or fax it (fax 720.685.9005) to the school office. Please include the registration fee with your application — current amounts are listed under Financial Information.
2. Meet with the Principal
Before your application and registration fee can be processed, you’ll need a short meeting with the Principal. Call the office at 303.659.3818 to set up a time — we’re often able to pair this with your family interview or testing so you only need to make one trip.
3. Family interview
Every new student and their parents sit down with the Principal and teacher so we can get acquainted, share more about life at Elmwood, and answer any questions you have before enrolling.
4. Diagnostic testing
Students entering 4th grade or higher take a diagnostic test in each subject so we can place them at the right academic level. A $25.00 testing fee is due the day of testing, and we’ll gladly schedule it alongside your interview.
